We were in New Zealand for close to half a year. During that time, we were in Auckland. The first month, we stayed in a serviced apartment in the CBD (central business district), an area that’s quite hilly. And since we did a lot of walking… Yeah, I began to hate those hills. 
We were lucky enough to have an apartment on the 17th floor, which meant we had a decent view. Which, naturally, I took advantage of. Happiness!
