Fahim calls ‘em bunnies. I blame him for the title of this post.
I make my wild yeast (sourdough that isn’t sour) sweet bread dough every three days. Each day, I take 1/3 of the total dough and bun (bunny) it at night, then leave it to rise overnight.
The next morning, I bake it on the stove. And then we eat it.
Mmm, fresh sweet buns for breakfast. Mmm! </Homer>
