Every morning, I wake up to birds chirping and chattering and singing. And if you haven’t guessed by now, it’s not one or two types of birds, it’s probably a dozen. And it’s one or two of ‘em, but whole entire flocks.
And it’s a wonderful sound.
The left picture is two of the Seven Sisters, or Yellow-Billed Babbler, sitting on top of a neighboring house’s roof as they groom each other. Next we have the Spotted Dove that I mentioned a couple of days ago.
Yep.
I love living in Sri Lanka.
