- After 14 hours (overnight rise), the poor man’s brioche finally rose. Lumpy bubbles, looks like baaad acne, but at least it rose. Urgh. #bba #
- Found rosemary, basil, and oregano at the grocery store today, in reasonable but not great shape. What will I do with it? Dunno yet… #
- Some of the rosemary and basil will get planted and hope it works. Tried rosemary before – dried out on a weekend we were out of town. #
- Forgot to mention – got frozen Norwegian salmon steaks at the grocery store. Haven’t had salmon in years! #
- Jalapenos have zero heat for me. The hot peppers I pickled a few days ago? Ate one slice, the back of my throat & part of tongue are numb. #
