Internet is Down

In Sri Lanka.

What? The whole country?

YUP!

Internet for all of Sri Lanka is down. The entire country is cut off. Completely.

So, uh, what happened, you ask?

Apparently, a ship - bound for the Colombo harbour - dropped anchor. On the undersea telephone cables. And severed them.

We have telephone service within the country. We don’t have telephone service out of the country. We are completely cut off.

Hmm. Only in Sri Lanka, eh?
