Shark Meat

I cooked shark meat today. It was pretty interesting. It’s very tender, very white meat, with not a whole lot of flavor of its own. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it.

And no, I do not know what species of shark it was.

But I believe it was the same shark that terrorized that nice little town back in the, what, 80s? What was the name of that town? Oh, yes. Amityville. Is that right? Well, now, yes, yes, I do believe it is.
