Michele’s Bug De-Infestation Tips

I told Michele, when I met her at OSC, about the bug infestation problem, along with making curried mung beans, and she suggested that I lay out the mung beans on a tray and put it into the full sun. The bugs will just crawl or walk or fly away.
You’re kidding!
Nope, she assures me. It works. She says that she was told that when it happens with rice, that batch of rice is very very good.
I suppose that means that these mung beans are really really good?
