Water Buffolows

I’ve mentioned before that I buy Buffolow Curd. I say me as opposed to Fahim and I. Well, in theory, it is both of us who buy it, but in practice, he doesn’t really eat it. I don’t know why. I’ve also mentioned before that it’s very similar in texture and flavor to yoghurt, and I could probably also use it in the place of yoghurt in recipes. I haven’t tried yet. I will some day - when I feel like it. Oh, the other thing about buffolow curd - it’s fattier than yoghurt normally available in North American stores. But this is also true of milk in general. Skim, 1%, and 2% milk doesn’t exist here - only full fat or, as it’s more commonly called, full cream milk is available here. I suppose the general population needs all the calories they need. It’s a developing country, after all, and the available calories per population is significantly below that of Canada and the USA. (see Encyclopedia Brittanica 2004).
Anyway, that’s not really the point here. I mention this only because, well, you know how I obsess after all the cows that wander around, homeless? It appears as though water buffolows share their fate. I didn’t realize at first - they are in the distant, and what can I say? I don’t have binoculars attached to my eyeballs. But yes, folks, water buffolows, also known as water buffaloes in other parts of the world, including Canada, graze off open fields and also, but to a more limited degree, wander the streets like the homeless animals some of them are.
Okay. Now you can see what I mean by this being a very very large day. All of the above happened before 1 pm. What did I do the rest of the day? I dunno. I doubt I had the capability of remembering what I did the rest of the day, assuming that I actually did something other than vegging with a book or a movie or something.
